The company representative must schedule an appointment in person with the relevant Anatolia Visa Application Center before submission of the visa applications for the coordination of biometrics and documents submission date.

Please be informed that Biometrics are mandatory for each applicant age of 12 years and above including individuals, families and Corporate Groups w.e.f. 1st March 2022 at Anatolia across Pakistan. However, applicants age of less than 12 years is exempt from biometrics requirements. Therefore, personal appearance is mandatory only for the applicants age of 12 years and above.

Numbers of the selected applicants can decrease but cannot increase from agreed applicants at Anatolia for submissions and biometrics on appointment date/dates.

Minimum number of group applicants should be 10 for each region to apply as a group otherwise less than 10 applicants will be considered as individual applicants.

Please be informed that visa applications are treated as group when a corporate company is sponsoring their employees, doctors, dealers, franchises. The applicants applying visa together on self-sponsored basis is not considered as group applications.

When a Pakistani company sponsors visa applications for any purpose of visit even for individuals, company has to provide it’s legal and financial documents, same like group visa applications.

Visa applications must be submitted based on applicant current city of employment or business operations.

There are no exemptions/exceptions in mandatory and supportive documents as per the official document’s applicable checklists.

For group visa applications submission, please provide just air ticket and hotel reservations. It is not advisable to purchase flight ticket or to book for paid hotel/accommodation prior to getting visa. Otherwise, Republic of Türkiye Embassy/Consulates and Anatolia will not be held responsible.

Group visa applications process time is generally a month (at least) which may vary to group visa applications depending upon the associated factors.
